Separately, our team states it is reachable 24/7 for guests already travelling. That is support availability, not an opening time, and the distinction matters if you are thinking of walking in.
Payments. We do not take card details on this website. Payment is taken through our published payment link or by bank transfer against an invoice, and never to an account not named in your quotation.

Our registered office is on Palam Dabri Road in west Delhi, close to the airport corridor. Visits are by appointment — the team is often out with guests, so call before you come.
