I recently booked a trip through this travel company and overall the experience was decent. The itinerary was well planned and most arrangements were smooth. However, there were a few delays in communication and some minor issues with hotel arrangements.

Testimonials we published ourselves
These appeared on the previous version of this website. We have kept them, including the Italian ones and the one that is partly a complaint — but unlike the Google reviews above, you cannot independently verify these, so they are labelled separately and count for less.
Smooth, well-planned, and amazing! "We did a Golden Triangle tour with Easy India Tour and it was just perfect. The guide was knowledgeable, the driver was polite, and the itinerary was exactly what we wanted. Thank you for making our first India trip so special!"
Easy India Tour made our Agra trip absolutely hassle-free. From the hotels to the transport, everything was perfectly managed. Special thanks to Tej for being just a call away whenever we needed assistance. Highly recommended!

During our Manali tour, we had to make a last-minute change due to a family emergency. Tej and his team were incredibly understanding and flexible. The way they managed the situation was truly commendable.

A tour of India organised excellently, beautiful places, an unforgettable journey. Thank you.
Grazie

Hello, the trip was beautiful, the tour leader very well prepared and friendly, ready to fulfil all our requests. I cannot say the same about the Indian guide. He showed us a great deal but I did not appreciate being repeatedly pushed into shops of his choosing. We were not left free to shop where we wanted. The trip itself was beautiful but very demanding. Thank you.
One of those — from Marcella Tritto — raises a genuine complaint about being steered into shops by a local guide. We have not removed it, because the point of this page is that we do not remove things. If you are offered shopping stops you did not ask for, tell us while you are still in the country and we will deal with it.
About our numbers
What we claim, and what we do not
We are a small operation. Fourteen Google reviews is the honest size of our public record, and the section above is the whole of it rather than a selection. If that feels thin for a company you are about to send money to, that instinct is correct and you should test it — call us, ask for references, and speak to a past guest before you book.
We publish no overall score of our own, and no structured rating data on this page. The 4.9 belongs to Google’s profile and is theirs to count, not ours. We also do not publish the counters some travel sites carry — “45,000 happy travellers” and the like — as evidence, because there is no way for you to check them.
