What this website collects
The short version: nothing, unless you choose to send it to us — because this site has no server to send it to.
The enquiry form does not submit anywhere. This website is a set of static files. There is no application server, no database and no backend of any kind. When you complete the enquiry form, nothing leaves your browser — the form composes your message and hands it to WhatsApp or your email client, and you press send. Whatever you send us afterwards reaches us as an ordinary message.
What is stored in your browser
One thing: your colour-theme preference, kept in your browser’s local storage under the key eit-theme so the site does not flash the wrong theme on your next visit. It never leaves your device, we cannot read it, and clearing your browser data removes it.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, no advertising pixels and no third-party trackers. There is nothing here to consent to, which is why there is no cookie banner. If that changes, this page and the banner will change with it.
What we hold after you contact us
Once you write to us — by phone, WhatsApp, email or by pressing send on the enquiry form — we hold what you sent in the ordinary way: your name, contact details, your travel dates and whatever you told us about the trip. We use it to quote and arrange your travel, and to service your booking.
We share only what is necessary to deliver the booking — with hotels, airlines, transport providers, guides and, where you have asked us to help with a visa, with the relevant visa service. We do not sell your details to anyone, and we do not use them for marketing you did not ask for.
How long we keep it
Booking and payment records are retained as long as accounting and tax requirements oblige us to. Enquiries that do not become bookings are kept only as long as they are useful for answering you, and you can ask us to delete them at any time.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@easyindiatour.com or call +91 88826 81050 and we will act on it.
Children
This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect their data. Where a booking includes children, their details are provided by the adult making the booking and are used only to arrange the travel.
Security
We do not collect payment card details through this website, and we will never ask you for them by message. Payments are made through our published payment link or by bank transfer against an invoice, with the account confirmed on that invoice.
