Easy India Tour

Visa assistance

We help with the paperwork. We do not issue visas.

That distinction matters, so it is the first thing on this page. Visa assistance from Easy India Tour means documentation help and a second pair of eyes before you submit — nothing more, and nothing less.

Easy India Tour is not a government body, embassy, consulate or immigration authority. We cannot issue a visa, expedite one, or influence a decision. Every application is decided solely by the relevant authority under their own rules. We are not affiliated with, or acting on behalf of, any government. Fees charged by those authorities are separate from anything we do.

Where we help

Eight countries, and the Indian e-Visa in the other direction

We assist with applications for these destinations, and with Indian e-Visas for guests travelling in. If your destination is not listed, ask — we may still be able to help, or we will tell you honestly that we cannot.

We do not publish per-country document checklists on this site, and we have removed the ones the previous site carried. Requirements differ by nationality, by purpose of travel, and change without notice — a list that is right for one passport can be wrong for the next, and being turned away at a check-in desk is too expensive a way to find that out. Ask us and you will get the current requirement for your specific passport in writing.

How it works

Four steps, and an honest fourth one

  1. 01

Tell us the passport and the purpose

Your nationality decides almost everything. Tell us which passport you hold, where you are going and whether it is tourism, business or transit.

  2. 02

    We confirm the current rule

We check what that specific combination actually requires right now — not what it required last year. You get it in writing.

  3. 03

We assemble and review the file

We tell you what to gather, check it before it goes anywhere, and flag anything that commonly causes a refusal.

  4. 04

You submit; the decision is not ours

The application goes to the embassy, consulate or immigration authority. They decide. We cannot influence or guarantee a decision, and we will never tell you we can.

Generally speaking

What tourist visa applications tend to ask for

Not a country checklist — the common shape of a tourist application. Every destination adds, removes or changes something, and that is the part we check for you.

A passport valid well beyond your travel dates

Most countries want at least six months of validity past your intended departure, and blank pages for the visa itself.

A recent passport-sized photograph

Each country specifies its own dimensions and background. We will tell you the current specification for yours.

Proof of your travel plan

Flight reservations, hotel bookings or an itinerary. If we are arranging the trip, we supply this.

Proof you can fund the trip

Usually recent bank statements, or a sponsorship letter where someone else is paying.

A return or onward ticket

Most tourist visas will not be issued against a one-way booking.

Travel insurance

Not always mandatory, but strongly advisable — and required by some countries outright.

Ask about a visa

Start with the passport you hold
